About Emporium Vendors & Events [EVE] Auctions

* EVE Auctions will consist of a maximum of 30 Lots.

* Submissions will be taken up to 3 days prior to the auction.

* Commission is 10% of final sale price and will be deducted prior to payment to owner.

* All items are reserve priced.

* While EVE tries to ensure all items are authentic (especially rares), purchase of any item is at buyers own risk, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the provenance of any item prior to purchase.

* The Auctioneers reserve the right to change or remove from sale any item advertised at any time.


* Increment bidding will be as follows:


1-100k = 1k inc

101k-500k = 10k inc

501k-1m = 50k inc

1m + = 100k inc

Conduct, Terms & Conditions

* Auctioneer will open the bidding by requesting a bid within range of the reserve price to avoid time wasting.

* Bidders are asked to talk in party with friends rather than disrupt proceedings with chat.

* Anyone deemed to be disruptive by the auctioneers will be asked to leave, or assisted if persistent.

* Successful Bidders are asked to purchase item off vendor as soon as placed. The auctioneers take no responsibility if bidders are not ensuring they pay attention to sale vendor.

* Permanent Bans will be applied to any who:- successfully bid but do not purchase the item, purchase any item they did not successfully bid for, persist in disruptive behaviour. (Please note, auctioneers cannot be responsible for the actions of others, if it is found that control cannot be maintained the process will be re-evaluated and/or altered at future auctions.)

* If anyone, including the owner, is found to make bids with no intent to purchase, or in an effort to pump the price, a permanent ban will also be applied.

* The Auctioneers reserve the right to bid on any item as individuals in the competitive bidding process.
